Some ideas to get you started:

Your review goes to Harry on WhatsApp. Every star rating counts toward the average - all of them. Ratings are accepted only from WhatsApp accounts, so each one comes from a real person. Written comments are published with 5 star ratings only; comments on lower ratings are delivered privately to the provider when they claim their page. Harry can help you word your comment on WhatsApp, and it is published only after you approve the final text. Private feedback is shared with the provider via WhatsApp, anonymized if you ask. We don't publish comments that spread fear of a provider. QRate is about learning from mistakes, not public ridicule. If a claim suggests someone is in danger, we may pass it to the appropriate authorities. We moderate for fairness and remove inappropriate content.
